Returns/Exchange/Shipping Policy



we will gladly accept regular-priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery. missing or damaged items must also be reported during this timeframe. returned or exchanged items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. once we issue the return label, there is a five-day postmark window before we cancel the label. this is to ensure timely returns.

we do not accept returns on international orders.

if you wish to exchange an item for another size or return an item for store credit, we can provide you with a return label for a fee, once we receive the item(s), we will ship out the exchange and/or issue a store credit.


All Seasonal & Holiday Items as well as all bedding, socks, tights, undergarments, beauty products, decor and stuffed animals are final sale. 

During End of season sales at times stock may not be 100% accurate, items may be cancelled from orders at times and you will be refunded. An email is generated to notify of the refund. During sales processing may take longer due to volume of orders. We process orders as quickly as possible. Once orders are placed they cannot be edited as they are already in process. 



Lola n Lulu offers USPS and UPS shipping as well as free in-store pickup and free curbside pickup. Shipping rates flat rate. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. During Holiday Seasons and Sale events you may experience longer shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment. You may also check order status and tracking information by logging in and viewing your order history.

Shipping windows, while generally accurate, are only estimates; Lola n Lulu cannot guarantee that your purchase will be delivered within the noted window, particularly during periods of high demand. If you require delivery on or before a specific date, please directly contact us prior to completing your order so we may review shipping options and costs with you.

Lola n Lulu cannot control and is not responsible for carrier's delivery errors or damage incurred during transit. Though unlikely, should you experience any such issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly.*Any package(s) that is lost, refused, not acknowledged, considered "unclaimed" by the customer or are otherwise returned due to reasons that Lola n Lulu's not at fault for, will NOT be refunded by any means.


we are not responsible for damage incurred by the shipping carrier on your package or the items you have purchased. we highly recommend you purchase route insurance during the checkout process to cover lost, stolen or damaged mail. there seems to be an increase in lost and damaged packages since covid-19, and therefore the security we can offer you is a paid insurance through route.
